Residential > David was the project building surveyor for the 23 storey tower 'The Nolan' in the MAB Docklands precinct. This residential building well over 25m effective height with a single central escape stair was a design which challenged both the design team and the fire brigade.

The extension to No 1 Flinders Lane turned a dowdy old Telstra office into a leading edge 23 storey residential tower overlooking the Treasury Gardens. An innovative package of fire safety dispensations was negotiated with the fire brigade for this conversion to residential for the Whitehall Property Group.
